To get started, we need the following

Any licensed Individual who wish to register as an Independent Insurance Agent will be required to submit their personal profile information.

A copy of an Active State License is required for each state where access to product, services and appointment are requested with participating carriers.

An Agency may only be registered by an individual and licensed agent authorized to complete this process on behalf of the agency. Company information is necessary to complete the profile of the Agency and Agent Sub-License is required in order to complete this process.

Individuals who wish to register as a contact user for an Already Registered Agency will be required to submit their personal profile information, subject to approval by the agency. (State License not Required)
